On August 19, 2019, NMPA issued theAdministrative Measures for Drug Quality Sampling Inspection(hereinafter referredto as theMeasures), effective as of the date of promulgation. The SFDANotice on the Issuance of Regulations for Drug Quality Sampling Inspection(SFDA Department of Market Supervision [2006] No. 379) shall be repealed simultaneously.
